The Made-to-Measure Standard (No Refunds)

Because every piece of clothing is cut and tailored to your exact body measurements, it holds no resale value for another customer. Therefore, we strictly do not issue refunds or accept standard returns. All sales are final.

The Fit Guarantee & Alterations

We take full responsibility for the accuracy of our tailoring. If your garment requires adjustment upon arrival, we provide one complimentary alteration. You must notify our support channel within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup, our karigars will adjust the tailoring, and we will ship it back to you.

Defects & Flaws

In the rare event of a structural defect or an error in our production data, we will reconstruct or replace the garment entirely at our expense.
